🦷 Max — the brave one
Max leads the charge in blue. He's the one who reminds little ones that the dentist's chair isn't scary at all — it's the coolest seat in the house (it goes up and down!). When a wobbly tooth needs courage, Max is right there with a fist-bump.
🦷 Kit — the clever one
Behind those gold goggles, Kit spots everything — the sneaky sugar hiding in snacks, the back teeth that get forgotten, the perfect two-minute brush. Kit's here to make looking after teeth feel less like a chore and more like a mission.
🦷 Ruby — the cheerleader
In bold red, Ruby brings the energy. Every brush, every check-up, every brave visit gets a high-five and a "you did it!" Ruby believes every child deserves to feel like a hero for taking care of their smile.
Led by a real-life hero
The Smile Squad may be animated, but their leader is very real. Dr Natasha Davé, our paediatric dentist, is the human heart of the team — and yes, that's her in the video, cartoon form and all.
Dr Davé has dedicated her career to caring for children — including the nervous ones. With specialist paediatric experience (Birmingham Dental Hospital and Birmingham Children's Hospital) and over a decade providing gentle inhalation sedation for anxious little patients, her approach is built on patience, understanding, and making sure every child feels genuinely heard before anything happens. The Smile Squad is simply that same warmth, brought to life for the children who love them.
